Shipping and Payment

1. Delivery Time
The delivery time for standard shipments within Germany is up to 48–72 hours, within the European Union up to 7 business days, and to countries outside the European Union up to 7–10 business days. For payment methods such as invoice and cash on delivery, the delivery period begins upon receipt of the order confirmation by the customer. For advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day following the customer's payment order to the transferring bank. These delivery times apply to all orders received by us before 11:00 a.m. (CET).

Delivery times for international shipments are subject to prompt customs clearance in the destination country. Cases of force majeure or operational disruptions affecting the seller or its suppliers, such as riots, strikes, lockouts, or similar events beyond the seller's control, which temporarily prevent delivery within the stated timeframes, shall extend the delivery period by the duration of such disruption.

2. Logistics Partner
We pack your ordered items as quickly as possible and hand them over to our logistics partner UPS for shipment. Please note that we have no control over delays caused by UPS.

3. Shipment Tracking
You can check the current status of your shipment at any time using your parcel tracking number on www.ups.com. Further information regarding shipment tracking can be found in your shipping confirmation email or by contacting our customer service team.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping lighters to destinations outside Germany is only possible at increased shipping costs. If, for technical or logistical reasons, your order must be shipped in several installments, shipping costs will only be charged once.

5. General Delivery Terms
Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, delivery shall be made "Ex Works Mannheim, Germany". Delivery is always at the recipient's risk and expense. Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to choose the method of transportation. Any applicable import duties and customs fees must be borne by the customer.
